The JH quiz team moved to 3-0 yesterday afternoon, defeating Evergreen by a score of 38-11. Keren Maldonado lead the team, scoring an impressive 22 points. The Nerd Herd moves on to play Wauseon next thursday. Congratulations to all JH quiz team members!
Results from last night: Congratulations to the varsity girls basketball for their overtime BBC win at Stryker. The varsity won 37 to 28. The JV girls lost 12 to 10. The JV and varsity boys will host Stryker tonight starting at 6:00 pm. The 7th grade boys will play North Central tomorrow at Holgate starting at 9:00 am in the BBC Championship Game.
The freshman, JV, and varsity boys teams will travel to Edgerton on Saturday with the freshman game starting at 4:30 pm. Good luck to all of the teams.

Good luck to the JV and varsity girls’ basketball teams tonight at Stryker. The 2 quarter JV game will start at 6:00pm followed by the varsity game.
The JH quiz team defeated Archbold this past Tuesday by a score of 47-19. Top quizzers for the 8th grade were Keren Maldonado and Keegan Bird, each scoring 11 points. For the 7th grade, Lincoln Aeschliman notched 9 points for the JH Nerd Herd.

For those who ordered flowers or pop for someone special, make sure you pay for them in the atrium at lunch or drop off the money to Ms. Litogot or the office with your name on it. All money needs to be turned in by this Wednesday, Feb. 7th, or your order will not be placed.
Last night, the freshman boys’ basketball team picked up the win over Montpelier 36-34. The 8th grade boys lost to NC in the BBC semi-finals 43-28. The 7th grade team defeated Holgate 39-24. The 7th grade boys will play NC on Saturday in the bBC championship at 9:00am at Holgate.

The Quiz team was back in action at the Toledo Area League Trash Tournament at Northwood. Pettisville placed 7th out of 32 teams with the 3rd highest scorer for the tournament being Lauren Shumaker! Congratulations Nerd Herd.
The JH quiz team defeated Swanton last Thursday by a score of 36-33 to move to 1-0 in the season. Top scorer for the Blackbirds was Keren Maldonado with 9 points. The JH team plays Archbold tomorrow at 3:30.

Results from over the weekend: On Friday, The varsity boys basketball team lost to Montpelier 42 to 36. The JV boys lost 35 to 22. On Saturday, the varsity boys were victorious over Ayersville 40 to 37. The JV boys lost 34 to 27. The freshman boys won 31 to 24.
Congratulations to the 7th grade girls basketball for their BBC Tournament Championship on Saturday. The 7th grade girls defeated Montpelier 38 to 7 in the championship game. The 7th grade girls finish the season undefeated with an overall record of 16-0 and a BBC record of 4-0. Well Done!
The JH boys basketball teams both won their BBC quarter-final games on Saturday. The 8th grade boys defeated Stryker 36 to 16. The 7th grade boys defeated Hilltop 44 to 14. Both teams will play at 5:00 pm today at Holgate in the BBC semi-finals. The 8th grade boys will play North Central and the 7th grade boys will play Holgate. Good Luck!
