Auditions are being held for the 2024-2025 season of Noteworthy. Any student enrolled in high school choir for next year is eligible to audition. A sign-up sheet is posted outside the theatre doors. See Mr. Beck if you have any questions or if none of these times is convenient for you.
If you ordered a DVD of The Music Man, please pick it up and pay for it in Mr. Beck’s office by Friday of this week.
Today is our high school awards ceremony beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the high school gym. We will forgo periods 2-4 for students in grades 9-12, but junior high students will report to their regularly scheduled classes.
Wednesday -
Congratulations to the baseball team for their sectional semi-final victory over the Edon Bombers last night. The Blackbirds shut out the Bombers 5 to 0 behind Rylan Warner’s complete game 2 hit shut-out pitching performance, Caden Bishop’s 3 RBI’s, and Josh Morris’s 2 RBI’s. The baseball team will play for a sectional championship on Thursday, May 16, at North Central starting at 5:00 pm.
There will be a meeting for soccer players in grades 8 through 11 on Thursday at lunch in Room 150. Please bring your lunch.

Good luck to the baseball team today in the sectional semi-final at Edon starting at 5:00. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for students. Tickets are encouraged to be purchased online at ohsaa.org/tickets. Tickets can also be purchased at the admission gate at Edon.
There will be a meeting today during lunch for all girls in grades 7 & 8 interested in playing basketball next year. Get your lunch and come to room 150.
