Once again, Pettisville Schools is partnering with Health Partners of Western Ohio to bring dental cleanings to our parking lot - your student will receive services during the school day. NEW this year - vision screenings have been added.
Consent forms are due to the main office by Friday, September 13th. If you don't have your paper from open house, please print one, fill it out, and turn it in.
The exam date will be Monday, December 2nd, so please save the date and make sure your student is here that day to take advantage of these free services.
This program is open to all Pre-K through 12th-grade students with no out-of-pocket expense.
