Is there any better way to kick off a Friday morning?! Mrs. Thompson brought in some of her Vizsla puppies on her day off as a reward for the 5th graders finishing state testing, but also to help connect the dots for Mrs. Hoffmire's kindergarten class. A few weeks ago, they studied the letter "X" and several types of X-Rays (one being Hazel's belly with the puppies inside). Needless to say, there were lots of smiles and snuggles from our Blackbirds! Thank you, Mrs. Thompson! 🥰🐶

Last week, Mrs. Hoffmire's Sunshine Club visited Mrs. Murrey. She is a teacher in our school who loves to help students with their math and reading.
